But men, there's some great news coming. The greatest news! You're going to make the best homemade burger patties and chow down on them while on the Whole30 diet. Yes! Grab 2 cloves of garlic. Mince them! Get about 8 ounces of cremini mushrooms and dice them really, really well. Fry these ingredients in a pan. Do it with olive oil for the best results! Add the garlic a little after the mushrooms too.
Once you're done? Put 2 pounds of ground beef in a bowl with the mushrooms and garlic. Get a little salt and pepper too! Mix them all up and form a few burger patties with everything.
