Grilled Fish & Fresh Salsa

It's time for Fish Fry Friday! Well, something like that, obviously. Men, you'll love eating grilled fish & fresh salsa on the Whole30 diet. It's so delicious, so delicious! First, you've got to get your veggies ready for the salsa. Get a bell pepper, green onion, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, and some lime juice. You need to dice 2 tomatoes and a 1/4 cup of bell pepper. Chop up a 1/4 cup of cilantro too, and slice 1 green onion. Make sure you've minced 1 clove of garlic also. Mix all of this in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of lime juice. Let it sit in your fridge for now. You've got to make your fish! Grab some cod or halibut. Rub on a few spices, like oregano, chili powder, and paprika. Using 1/8 of a teaspoon of each is a great, great place to start. Grill the fish fillet for about 5 or 6 minutes on each side. Once you've cooked it? Top it with your salsa and enjoy this delicious Whole30 meal.
