Men, you probably drink a cup of coffee in the morning to get your energy up. It's the most popular drink in the world. Everyone knows it! Caffeine gives everyone a boost. But it's also dangerous for a man with depression. Why? So, so many people become addicted to caffeine, and they can't function without drinking coffee. Without coffee, they may see increased anxiety, depression, headaches, and insomnia. Not good! Not good at all!
Men with depression should then cut down on the caffeine they drink. Many, many men will have to stop drinking it for good! Remember, though, do it slowly to avoid side effects.
