This will thicken your smoothie and give your kid some potassium. Energy too! Does your kid like blueberries? Wash the blueberries and have your kid add them to the blender. Other good fruits are raspberries, strawberries, oranges, mangoes, and blackberries. Let your kid pick! Add some milk or water to make it liquid and blend them together! If you want your kid to have an even healthier smoothie, dads, try sneaking in a bit of spinach! Chia seeds make it very good too!
