Greek yogurt is super smooth and creamy and makes for a delicious snack. Just spoon some of the yogurt into a bowl and get busy eating! If you're a fan of protein shakes or smoothies, add some of this yogurt. You'll be amazed at just how good your drink's going to taste. Use it as a base for a veggie dip and go nuts. Try baking with it instead of sour cream! Expect around 10 grams of protein for every 100 grams of Greek yogurt.
