Eat Less Fried And Fatty Food

Fried and fatty foods are delicious. Everyone is talking about them! However, these foods spend more time sitting in the stomach before they’re digested. Men, you know what this means. The extra time in the stomach forces more acid up to the throat. Fatty and fried foods also force the stomach to make more acid to digest them. Men also eat more of this food than others, which makes the stomach get huge.

All of these make heartburn much, much worse than it needs to be. All men know it. They do. This isn’t much of a problem, since there’s an easy fix: just eat less fried and fatty food. Think about smaller portions. Choose low-fat cheese or skim milk, and bake fries instead of frying them. Win this horse race!
