Men, the review also says you'll see a mild improvement in your systolic pressure when you've got diabetes! But there's more. This review says that ginseng has a neutral effect on your vascular system. That's why they ultimately say you can have these supplements safely.

Hold your horses. Men, the research's still not conclusive when you've got hypertension. They need more evidence on how ginseng impacts you! What's clear, though, is that you've got to be careful when you also have heart disease. Also, you already know to never, ever, combine ginseng with caffeine. Never, ever!
